55th session of human rights at Palais des Nations 26 February – 5 April 2024
The panel will examine the relationship between human rights and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), highlighting the importance of ensuring that development policies respect the fundamental rights of all. Discussions will highlight the need for an inclusive, participatory approach to citizen peace, rule of law, health and education to achieve the SDGs in a sustainable way. Examples of effective practice will be shared, highlighting the successful integration of human rights into the planning and implementation of development programs.
